Welcome to Drea Bake’s Cake’s! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

 Eligibility and Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use this website.
You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t harm, restrict, or infringe on others.

 Products and Services

Drea Bake’s Cake’s creates handcrafted, made-to-order cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts. Product photos shown are examples; each order is unique and may vary slightly in color, decoration, or design.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue menu items and services at any time.

 Orders, Deposits, and Payments

• Advance Notice: Orders must be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance of the requested pickup or delivery date.

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders. No order is guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

• Late Orders: Orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice may incur a rush or late-order fee based on availability and complexity.

• Payment Methods Accepted:

  • Major credit/debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Cash App 

  • Venmo

  • Cash upon delivery (pre-approved only)

• Final Payment: All balances must be paid in full before pickup or delivery. Orders not paid in full may be delayed or canceled without refund.

 Pickup and Delivery Policy

• On-Time Pickup Required: Customers must arrive at the scheduled pickup time.
  Late pickups can affect product quality and freshness.

• If pickup is delayed by more than 30 minutes, Drea Bake’s Cake’s is not responsible for product damage, melting, or spoilage.

• Extended lateness may result in a storage or rescheduling fee, or forfeiture of the product if not retrieved the same day.

• For deliveries, customers must be available to receive the order at the agreed location and time. Failed delivery attempts may require an additional fee for re-delivery or pickup.

 Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not accepted.

Because every product is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind, design variations, or taste preferences.
Deposits are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be applied to a future order if canceled within 24 hours and work has not begun.

 Warranties and Disclaimer

All products are prepared fresh using quality ingredients. However, Drea Bake’s Cake’s makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Uninterrupted website operation

• Exact duplication of designs or colors

• Suitability for special dietary needs unless confirmed in writing

Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies before ordering. Once products leave our possession, we are not liable for damage caused by handling, transportation, or temperature exposure.

 Intellectual Property

All logos, photos, designs, and text on this website are the property of Drea Bake’s Cake’s and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent.
By submitting reference photos or inspiration images, you grant permission for us to use them solely for design reference or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

Account Access and Suspension

If our site includes account creation, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or misuse.

 Limitation of Liability
