Overview
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. Drea Bake’s Cake’s does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances except where required by law.
By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
Custom Nature of Our Products
Each item is handcrafted according to customer specifications. Slight differences in color, design, shape, or flavor are normal and not grounds for refund or replacement.
Custom cakes are artistic creations — exact duplication of sample images cannot be guaranteed.
Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders.

Deposits reserve your date and cover materials and prep time.

Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Remaining balances must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
If full payment is not received on time, your order may be canceled without refund.
Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order may receive store credit only, at our sole discretion, if no work has begun.

Orders canceled after 24 hours are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
We do not issue refunds for changes of mind, design differences, or schedule conflicts.
Pickup and Delivery Responsibilities

Pickup: Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled pickup.
Late pickups beyond 30 minutes can result in melting, damage, or spoilage for which we are not responsible. -
Delivery: Customers must be present at the agreed-upon time and location. Missed deliveries may require an additional fee for re-delivery or storage.

Once the product leaves our possession, Drea Bake’s Cake’s is not liable for any damage caused during transport or after handoff.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We take pride in the quality of our work and inspect every order before pickup or delivery.
If you believe there is an issue with your order:

You must provide photos and a detailed description of the issue immediately upon pickup or delivery.

Claims submitted later than the day of pickup or delivery will not be reviewed or honored.
If we determine that the issue was caused by our error, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit or replacement for a future order.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Allergies and Dietary Information
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before ordering.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, nuts, soy, wheat, or other allergens.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.
Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Texas Business & Commerce Code and U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for perishable and custom-made goods.
Under these laws, businesses are not required to offer refunds once a custom product has begun production or has been delivered.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a false chargeback after receiving a product is considered fraud.
Drea Bake’s Cake’s will provide all documentation (invoices, messages, and signed agreements) to dispute any chargeback or fraudulent claim.
Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
